Jennifer, Those cracks are consistent with the problems we are seeing with post-tension slab foundations on expansive clay soils. If I remember right, from 30 years ago when I lived in San Antonio and drove often to Laredo, Cibolo is right in the middle of Texas cotton farming country. Texas is the #1 cotton growing state in the country, because of its rich, clay soils; but the same soils that are good for farming are poor for building homes, especially with post-tension technology.
